Shipping policy
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING SUPPLIERS
1.1 We ship our product exclusively from British Columbia, Canada with Canada Post.
1.2 Once a shipment reaches the Canadian border, Canada Post contracts international carrier(s) with which they have pre-existing carriage contracts. We do not determine which carrier delivers packages outside Canada.
1.3 We cannot ship products to you via a carrier of your choice. If certain delivery companies do not service your address, please do not place an order with us as we do not guarantee which carrier will deliver your order.
1.4 We only offer shipping to Canada and the United States. We hope to expand to offer worldwide shipping soon, so please sign-up for our newsletter if you want to be the first to know!
SECTION 2 - CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
2.1 It is your sole responsibility to pay for any additional costs associated with receiving packages from Canada. We are not responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and / or taxes.

SECTION 3 - HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
3.1 Our shipping rates are based on the delivery location.
Canada: As we are celebrating YOU (our wonderful Canadian customers), shipping is currently FREE to Canada.
United States: As we are celebrating YOU (our wonderful American customers), shipping is currently FREE to the United States.
SECTION 4 - CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
4.1 Unfortunately we cannot change an address on an order once we have processed it, nor can we redirect a package once it is en route. If you think you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@consciouscovers.ca as we may be able to make a change if your order has not been processed.
4.2 Please double check the address field very carefully to ensure all the information is correct before you submit your order.
