We are available by email or phone, and aim to return all messages within 24 hours. Our business hours vary as we work full time in other jobs, but we do check in multiple times a day.

When Will My Conscious Covers Computer Monitor Cover Order Ship?
We process orders within 48 hours, and deliver them to Canada Post for shipping.
The Shipping section of our Check Out offers different shipping services (unless we have a Free Shipping special offer on :) ) and you can select the service you prefer based on time and cost. Once we drop the packages off at Canada Post, the shipping time begins. We want you to receive your monitor cover as soon as possible, so have included the best options that we can.

Will I Get A Refund If I Don't Like The Conscious Cover That I Order?
Yes, you can return the computer monitor cover that you ordered, and we will refund 100% of the purchase price if you contact us within 14 days of when your shipping tracking says the package was delivered to you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your TV screen or computer monitor cover, we are happy to refund you, as long as the item is in the same condition you received it.
Please email us at info@consciouscovers.ca within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the item to us. Please include all original parts and packaging with the returned item.

Are All Payments Processed Securely?
Yes! We absolutely understand that you want to protect your payment information, so we use a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant host (Shopify) for our website and online store.
We also accept Google Pay and PayPal which are well-known, reputable, and secure third party payment options you may use instead of entering credit card details at our checkout.
How Do I Know Which Conscious Cover Will Fit My Computer or TV Monitor?
The size you choose can be based on the size of your monitor as advertised ie 24", or can be based on the actual width and height of the computer monitor that you want to cover. The 'size' field on the product page is based on the advertised size, and the size chart is based on the actual height and width. Use which ever method you prefer, and always feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all.
Our size chart has lots of information. Please select the cover size that is closest to the dimensions of your screen, but also larger than the dimensions of your screen.
We have based our standardised cover sizes on the most popular types of computer monitors and TV screens, and we hope there is one that suits you!
Can I Order A Custom Cover for My Computer Monitor or TV Screen?
We would love to work with you to bring an idea you have to life! We can customise printing and fabric as long as our suppliers have the correct items in stock. Pricing will be different than for our regular screen covers, and will depend on the size and design you would like.

Why Doesn't Conscious Covers Charge Sales Tax?
We don't charge sales tax because we are currently do not have to pay any sales tax in the locations we ship to.
Our business operates out of British Columbia, Canada and so we do not have a sufficient connection (nexus) to any other countries or states which would trigger the requirement for us to submit sales taxes.
As we are a small business we do not yet meet the threshold revenue amount for having to submit PST, HST or GST federally or provincially.
How Do I Take Care Of My Conscious Cover?
Your new TV screen cover or computer monitor cover can be washed with your delicates as normal. We recommend cold or cool water, gentle cycle, washing with light colours, and hanging to dry.
Our covers are water-resistant, and can be wiped with a damp cloth to spot clean.
Do not expose your Conscious Cover to heat sources, including the back of your computer monitor or television when it is powered on. Ensure any electronics are turned off before putting the cover on.
Can I Give You Feedback or Leave Reviews About Conscious Covers TV Screen & Computer Monitor Covers?
Any feedback you have regarding our TV screen covers, computer monitor covers, online store, and our customer service is very much appreciated. Please feel free to call, email, or message us on the socials.
A few days after you receive your Conscious Covers order, you will be emailed a link to our review site. You can give us a star rating and/or write some comments that you think will be useful for future customers, or for us as we develop new products. We work hard to find quality products, and really do want to hear from you if your purchase has not lived up to your expectations.
Online review requests will be sent to every customer who purchases one of our products, and all reviews we receive will be published alongside each of our products so future customers can refer to them.
Can I Exchange A Damaged TV Screen or Computer Monitor Cover?
Of course. We are happy to exchange any Conscious Covers product that is damaged before it reaches you. If you need to exchange anything, please email us at info@consciouscovers.ca and we will arrange return shipping for you, as well as process an order for your brand new item.

Which Countries Does Conscious Covers Ship To?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. We hope to add more and more countries as supply chains and shipping routes become more stable. Conscious Covers is a small company, and we decided to launch to a small market - Canada and the United States - to ensure we can maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.
